GREEN FOR WEDDINGS.

Green in many shades lias figured at. several of tho notable weddings in London and among recent brides who chose it for their wedding was tho Hon. Aileen Craig, only daughter of Viscount Craigavon, Prime Minister of Northern Ireland, who is on his way to New Zealand for a visit. Slio was married to Lieutenant-Commander Robert Gordon Hood Linzec, R.N., and wore a pardiment coloured dress, made on medieval lines with a long bodico and full skirt, and had a most attractive halo headdross of pearls. Tho bridesmaids and matron of honour wore green dresses, made with lace bodices ami skirts of layers and layers of tulle. Her wedding presents included emeralds in her jewellery and green leather to bind her books and trunks, etc.
