WEDDING.
ROOSE-MOBBERLEY. The marriage was celebrated recently of Miss Phyllis Rose Mobberley, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Mobberley, of Mount Albert, to Mr, Augustus Gordon Roose, only son of Mr. and Mrs. J: Bowden Roose, of Grafton. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a nmlVictorian ankle-length frock, the bodice being of ivory satin beauto, to which was attached a. full lace skirt. The frock was completed by a big bow at the back An embroidered shell pink veil was held in place bv a head-dress of orange blossom buds. She carried a bouquet of tulips, carnations and roses. Iwo bridesmaids. Miss Rose Alluin and Miss Maud Martin, attended the bride, wearing frocks of green and pink respectively. They carried Victorian posies. Mr. Dudley Wralliall acted as best, man, and Mr. Kenneth Mobberlev as groomsman. A reception was held afterwards at the Domain Kiosk. Mrs. It. H. Mobberley. who received the guests, wore a beige lace and georgette ensemble and carried a Victorian posy.
