Late lambs in the Taumarunui district aro reported to bo doing exceedingly well and many farmers expect to have a good percentage, of fat lambs .ready for the buyers, when' they commence operating for that class of stock. _ . Shearing is now in progress in many parts of the Taumarunui, Ohura and Kaitieke Counties and tho sheep are reported to be coining out of tho wool in splendid order.
