PAKURANGA HUNT.
LAST OF THE SEASON.
The last meeting of the season was held by tho I'akuranga Hunt Club yesterday at Puhunui, tho residence of Mr. and Mrs. Wills McLaughlin. The weather was very pleasant with just tho faintest suspicion of light showers toward tho end of tho afternoon and tho run was kocnly enjoyed by thoso who took part in it. Not tho least of tho pleasure to town dwellers lay in tho sight of tho blossoming trees and tho green far stretching country sido garbed in its spring attire. Thero was a largo gather ing of members and a number of visitors
were also present Later in tho afternoon Mr. and Mrs. McLaughlin entertained everybody at afternoon tea at Puhunui, and speeches wero mado relative to tho season just brought to an end. Delicately pink peach blossom was arranged in tho rooms, tea being served- both inside and outside the house.
