DEPARTURE; OF DELEGATES.

The New Zealand delegates to the third bionnial conference of the Institute of Pacific Relations, to be held at Kioto, Japan, front October 23 to November 9, will leave by tho Ulimaroa from Wellington on Friday to join tho Kaga Maru at Sydney, Tho Auckland members of the party, Dr. H. Bclshaw, professor of economics at the Auckland University College, Miss Vera Hay and Mr. L. O. Hogwood, will leave for Wellington this ovening.
