WAR CRY IN NEW ZEALAND. NEW EDITOR-IN-CHIEF. Australian Press Association—United Service , (Received August 22, 9.5 p.m.) TORONTO. Aug. 21. Commissioner William Maxwell, territorial commander of the Salvation Army in Eastern Canada, has been appointed commander of the organisation in Eastern Australia. Ill's headquarters will be at Sydney. Brigadier Sydney Church, editor of the War Cry at Toronto, has been appointed editor-in-chief of the paper in New Zealand.
