ENGINEERS' AWARD.

DECISION OF THE COURT

The Arbitration Court has renewed the Dominion engineers, boilermakers and moulders' award on practically the same terms as those of the expired awards. Tho award operates in the Northern. Taranaki, Wellington, Nelson, Canterbury, Otago and Southland industrial districts. In view of claims put forward on behalf of tho manufacturing section of the industry, a majority of the Court, has decided to give that section an opportunity of reopening the matter after tho expiration of six months when further information may lie available. Wage, for turret lathe turners and a paitui exemption for Mel tors, Limited, are reserved for further consideration.
