A very satisfactory financial result attended the annual fair in aid oi St. Mary's Homes, Otahuhu, hold in tho Town Ilall concert chamber. Tho returns are not complete, but already £196 is in hand and a further sum is expected, so that when the comparatively small expenses havo been deducted those responsible for tho fair oxpect. to have just, over £2OO. Last year's effort realised £175, and tho increase is regarded by the organisers as very gratifying.
