CATARRH.
If yon suffer from catarrh, do not rush to drugs or to local applications. Restrict your diet severely and live for a day or two on almost nothing but simplo fruit and water. Oranges aro the best fruit to choose, and you may eat as many as a dozen a day if you are cutting off all meat and fish, as you should do for tho time being.
The fast, mitigated only by oranges and watei. should not bo kept up by most people for more than a day or two. But in all probability by that timo tho catarrh will bo enormously improved.
