ORDER TO REJOIN ARMIES. ALL MEN BORN SINCE 1902. Australian Press Association—United Service RICA. July 31. The commander of the Soviet's Forces in Siberia has ordered reservists born since 1902 and now living in the Far East to rejoin the armies stationed in the Vladivostoek, Bkaharovski and Chita districts.
