The threatened conflict between China and Russia now appears to have resolved itself into a series of clashes between White nnd Red Russians along the border of Manchuria.
The Whito Russians have adopted guerilla warfare and have ambushed small parties of Rods in isolated districts [t is reported that 100 Whites were trapped bv Reds in a village north of Vladivostok All were wounded or killed.
The departure of a Chinese delegation to Manchuli. Manchuria, to-day for the purpose of negotiating with represonta tives of (he Soviet is confirmed in Chinese and foreign official quarters.
