The Wellington City Council applied to Mr. Justice MacGregor for an interim injunction restraining the Goodwin-Chi-chester Aviation Company from using Rongotai Airport without permission. The company has been using the ground for somo time, but the council refuses to issue a permit, alleging that in its present condition the use involves danger to children. Mr. Justice MacGregor refused the injunction on the ground that defendants had not been served with a notice of the application.
