MAN'S SIGHT ENDANGERED.

[BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON. Tuesday.

A painful injury was sustained by Mr. S. J. Kelly, aged 24, of Hamilton East, at Mr. F. J. Tattlev's metal quarry at Ngariiawnlria yesterday. A piece of living metal struck him in the right eye, indicting a dangerous wound. Mr. Kelly, who was removed to the Waikato Hospital, may lose the sight of the eye.
