FRENCH FLIER'S FATE.
<o> MACHINE STRIKES TREE. PILOT MORTALLY INJURED. (Received July 8, 7.-15 p.m.) United Service, LONDON. July S. A flying fatality is reported from Paris. Captain Coudurot, who had proposed to attempt an Atlantic flight with Captain Mailloux but was forbidden to do so I by tho Air Ministry, left Seville for Paris ' piloting tho aeroplane La France, which he had intended to use on the proposed ocean flight. He was accompanied by two Spaniards. When tho machine was near Angouleme engine trouble developed and the pilot at- | tempted to land. 1 The aeroplane struck a tree and capsized. All the occupants were severely injured and the machine was badly damaged. I Captain Couduret died on the way to hospital. I
