The Paris correspondent of the Daily Mail says American wireless engineers are erecting for the Pope the most powerful wireless transmitting station in tho world. This has been presented to tho Pope by Roman Catholics in America. Tho maximum power of the station will be 200 kw., compared with 50 kw. each at Daventry and Eiffel Tower. When it is working all other stations will bo silenced. The new station will broadcast Papal sermons in several languages, ecclesiastical information, concerts by the Sistinc Choir and ceremonies at Saint Peter's Cathedral.
