Mysterious outbreaks of firo led to the discovery of a poster signed " One desirous of complete independence " and confessing to acts of incendiarism. The poster also had a warning message stating that an attempt would be made to set fire to other large workshops to-mor-row. Cotton waste soaked in oil was found in the workshops. An organised conspiracy is suspected.
