OUTBREAKS AT LAHORE. COMMUNISTS SUSPECTED. WARNING NOTICE FOUND. THREAT OF INCENDIARISM. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. (Received May 15, 11.5 p.m.) DELHI, May 15.' It is suspected that Communists made deliberate attempts to destroy the large railway workshops at Lahore. Mysterious outbreaks of firo led to the discovery of a poster signed " One desirous of complete independence " and confessing to acts of incendiarism. The poster also had a warning message stating that an attempt would be made to set fire to other large workshops to-mor-row. Cotton waste soaked in oil was found in the workshops.
