In addition to the waterfront reserve, which would be planted with trees and shrubs, provision would be made for cricket and football grounds, tennis courts and bowling greens, etc. The new Panmure railway station appears at the top of this sketch, while the entrance to the lagoon is seen at the lower right hand corner.
