ANTI-NATIONALIST MOVE.
DIVISION IN REVOLT.
{Received February 7, 12.35 a.m.) United Service. SHANGHAI, Feb. C. A brief naval wireless message reports that the land communications with C'hefoo have been cut off. It is stated that the fourth division of the Chinese Army is in revolt and .has joined the anti-National-ists, who are threatening to sack the city.
