REQUEST FOR IMPROVEMENT: POLICY OF HIGHWAYS BOARD. -4 —- Representations for improvements to the Kaukapakapa-Port Albert highway on <he West Coast route to North Auckland were made at Helensvtfle yesterday to members of the Main Highways Board.
