CHARGE AGAINST MINISTER. Australian and N.Z Press Association VANCOUVER. Dec 13 The Rev. S. Robertson Orr was arrested by the immigration authorities on informa tion from Ottawa that he had entered Canada illegally Mr Orr, who was formerly a Presbyterian minister in Wellington. and later m Vancouver, was suspended as tho result of an action for divorce, in which he was cited. Mr. Orr was arrested at a meeting at which ho gavo an address. After a long hearing tho Immigration Board released liiin. Ho produced documents, one signed by tho late Prime Minister, Mr. W. I. Massey, saying he was of good character and reputation in New Zealand.
