SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE. First obtain an ordinary screen with a wooden framo and a sateen centre, tako out tlio sateen and put in its place some coloured canvas—any colour which is desired. Before putting tho canvas frt tho frame, prcsq on to it a transfer of flowers, then work with raflia. Tho result is u pretty and.inoxpensivo screen, and it can be worked with colours to match a chosen scheme.
