[BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORItESrONDENT.] DUNEDIN. Wednesday At tho primary schools' swimming, championship meeting it was announced by the chairman of the Otngo Education Board, Mr. J. Wallace, that Otago had established a record for 'New Zealand for tlio number of schools that had gained association certificates during tho year. Tho previous record of 58 schools was held by Otago, this being improved by one on this occasion. Ml*. Wallaco urged tho swimming centro to get in touch with tho toachers and school committors tor their co-operation.
