REPARATION EXPERTS.

QUESTIONS IN COMMONS. NON-COMMITTAL REPLIES. British Wireless. RUGBY, Nov. 27. The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Winston Churchill, was questioned in the House of Commons about the composition of the proposed committee on reparation. He replied that the personnel and the, terms of reference of the committee had not been Settled. Accordingly he, was not- in a position to make a statement. He might bo able to give a reply on Monday, but there were five or six Governments to get into touch with.

Asked whether the expert committeo would bo appointed by tho Reparation Commission undor tho terms of tho Versailles Troaty or otherwise Mr. Churchill said that was just ono of those subjects on which it would be premature to givo information.
