ARRESTS AND EXILE. REPRISALS BY THE SOVIET. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. (Received November 29, 12.25 a.m.) BERLIN, Nov. 28. The Berlin organ of the Russian Opposition Parly reports that meetings of Trotzky's supporters were held in .Russia on the anniversary of the revolution in most of the large towns. Subsequently practically every speaker was arrested and many have already been exiled to unhealthy regions. There have been 80 arrests at Leningrad and 100 at Kieff. 9
