DUNEDIN CLUB.

ANNUAL MEETING. At the annual meeting of the Dunediii Club held last evening Mr. E. C. Cutton, S.M., presided over a good attendance of members. The various activities of the club during the past year presented in the report were outlined, and a tribute was paid to the president, Mr. Cutten, whose tact and experience had been of great value lo the club. No small part of the success of flic year was due to Mrs. K. Raymond, who had acted as hostess and whose enthusiasm and untiring efforts had been very inspiring.

The report and balance-sheet were adopted.

Pome discussion followed in connection with proposed alterations to Iwo of the rules. Votes of thanks were passed to the chairman and to the officers who had carried out the work of the club during the year just ended. Appreciation was ■also expressed of the work of Mr. >T. A. Sheriff, who had audited the accounts, and special mention was made in the report of the action of Mr. Swan in loaning his rooms for committee meetings and of the good dance music provided by Mr. T. Eadv for the club's dances. Dancing and bridge filled in the remainder of thu evening.. Among those who were present were Mrs. Oliver, Mrs. H. F. Wright, Mrs. N.
