GREAT WELCOME AT SUVA.
NATIVES SHARE IN CEREMONIES

Cardinal Cerretli, who was a passenger by the Aorangi, had a wonderful reception at Suva to-day from the largest cosmopolitan crowd ever gathered on thp Suva wharf. Ho was entertained at a dinner in the Town Hall by tho Roman Catholic Young Men's Society. The Ciovernor of Fiji, Sir Eyre Hutson, tho Mayor of Suva, Mr. Marks, the Cfiief Justice, Sir A. K. Young, tho Colonial Secretary, Mr. A. W. Seymour, Bishop Nicolas of Fiji, and the Bishop of Tonga and the principal citizens of Suva were present. Afterwards the Cardinal attended a service in the Cathedral, and received addresses of welcome. Then there wpro native ceremonies at Yagona and a ceremony at Mpkes by Fijiuns and Sampans from tho Wallis and Gilbert Islands in tho convent grounds, which were specially {it by electricity.
