The United States battleship Maryland, on board of which Mr. Herbert Hoover, President-elect, is en routo to Amapala, Honduras, on his goodwill tour, will bo delayed 24 hours at all points on account of a sjorm. A wave Hooded Mr. Hoover's sitting-room on the warship.
