CHARM OF SPOTTED NET.
Spotted net is running a close second to lace for gowns, but it has tho difference of being greatly favoured in black, while tho latter is'in every shade tho fancy mav choose, says a writer. With these frocks of spotted net, made for tho most part, in picture stylo, thero aro little coatees of tho transparent material to go with them.
