GERMAN REPARATION.
PROPOSED COMMISSION. DETAILS NOT YET SETTLED, British Wireless. RUGBY, Nov. 21. It is authoritatively stated in London that although, so fir as is known, no differences of opinion exist on any important points of principle, tho full terms of the 'reply which the Allied Governments will in due course send to the German Government on the subject of the proposed commission of experts to deal with the reparation problem, have not yot been definitely fixed. The. manner in which the reply will be communicated has also not yet been decided, nor has any decision been reached as to tho number of experts or the place of meeting.
