Many novel competitions, a great variety of stalls and entertainments will bo provided at the tit. Patrick's Fair, which is to commence at the Town Hall this evening, continuing for a long season. The fair should materially assist in the reduction of largo debts on St. Patrick's School and the Grey Lynn Convent School.
