ST. PATRICK'S FAIR.
Many novel competitions, a great variety of stalls and entertainments will bo provided at the tit. Patrick's Fair, which is to commence at the Town Hall this evening, continuing for a long season. The fair should materially assist in the reduction of largo debts on St. Patrick's School and the Grey Lynn Convent School. The stalls will contain many articles suitable for Christmas gifts arid tho other sections promise to provide much of interest and entertainment. "Tho Magpies" Costume Comedy Company will present, an attractive variety entertainment. each evening. The competitions includo a speed championship for Auckland typistes, a baby show, a fancy-dress parade for children and a poster cornpetition.
