MOKE MOB VIOLENCE.
ITALIANS WOUND ATTACKERS REVOLVERS liv SECOND AFFRAV MELBOURNE. Oct. 27. Two Italian volunteer waterside workers were to-day attacked by men armed with pick-handles as the} - were on their way from the wharves. The Italians drew knives, with which they wounded their assailants, one of whom was badly injured. The Italians escaped. Seven olhet volunteers were attacked by a mob at Port Melbourne. lour revolver shots were fired at the volunteers, three of whom were hurt. All the windows in a tax'eab, in which they were ridinu, were smashed with stones.
