COMMITTEE OF EXPERTS. PROGRESS OF PREPARATIONS. (Received October 26. 6.'25 p.m.) British Wireless. RUGBY, Oct. 25. It is understood that the preparations for the formation of the proposed committee of experts on German reparation have been considerably facilitated by tlie conversation which took place in Paris last Friday between the British Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Winston Churchill, and the French Premier, M. Poincaro. It is considered probable that tho committee of experts will meet before the end of the year.
