SIR AUSTEN'S HEALTH.
MUCH BENEFIT FROM TRIP. STATESMAN NEARLY RESTORED. (Received October 12. 6.25 p.m.) British Wireless. RUGBY. Oct 11. Reports received from San Francisco slate that the Secretary of Stato for Foreign Affairs, Sir Austen Chamberlain, ■who with Lady Chamberlain undertook a long health cruiso via tho Panama Canal to California, has greatly benefited by tho r.hangc. His health i.: now almost completely restored. Sir Austen will begin his homeward journey toward the end of the month. He is due at Victoria, British Columbia, on October 29, and at Vancouver on October 31. He will break his journey across Canada at Banff and Toronto, and is due on November 9 at Ottawa, where lie will stay for four days.
After spending one day at Montreal he will continue his journey to Quebec, from which place he will sail for England on November 15.
