ROTARY CONFERENCE.
SUCCESS OF GATHERINGS. JAPANESE IMPRESSED. Australian and N.Z, l'res3 Association. TOKIO, Oct. 5. The Pan-Pacific Rotary Conference has closed. It proved successful, beyond tho most sanguine expectations, producing .remarkable results and causing the .Japanese to realise for the first time the true significance of tho principles of Rotary in bringing about iutimato personal contacts hitherto unknown. Tho fact that tho delegates were addressed by am Imperial Prince and by Cabinet Ministers is regarded as significant evidenco of official attention to and approval of Rotary's principles.
