PROBLEMS OF POWER.
CONFERENCE ON FUEL. MANY DELEGATES TO ATTEND. United Service. LONDON, Sept. 20. An attendance of 1500 delegates, representing 45 nations and speaking 20 languages, av ill attend an international conference on power problems, which will be opened on September 24 at the Imperial Institute, to discuss fuel problems. The conference will last for 10 da\s, and 175 papers, containing 2,000,000 words, will be presented.
