RUGBY, Sept. 20 A gift of £IO,OOO for tho reduction of tho national debt has been sent to Mr. Churchill, Chancellor of the Exchequer, by Mr. Oswald Dobell as " a mark of gratitude to those who voluntarily gave or risked their lives for the Empire." Mr. Churchill has expressed the Government's appreciation of the patriotism which inspired the generous gift.
