OFFICIALS IN THE SOUTH. CRAVE ABUSES ALLEGED. (Received Juno 6, 7.56 p.m.) Times Cable. LONDON, June 5. The Riga correspondent of the Times says 160 persons, mainly officials, have been arrested at Ilostoff, on the Don, near the Sea of Azov, for alleged financial abuses in the Donetz district.. THose arrested include six administrators. The president and secretary of the District Executive Committee are in addition charged with abusing their authority, discrediting the Soviet Government and organising assaults on women.
