PROGRESS OF CONFERENCE. INTERIM LABOUR REPORT. ■ ■■ Australian and N.Z. Press Association, * (Received April 26, 11.5 p.m.) LONDON, April 25. Mr. Ben Turner, the chairman of the general council of the Trades Lnion oongress, has reported to the council that the negotiations with-Sir Alfred Mond's group of employers were progressing. Sub-com-mittees had reached an agreement regarding credit, currency, and the trades unions' recognition of the victimisation rising from the general strike. Questions of industrial relationship and the machinery for conciliation and negotiation were to be discussed shortly.
