THE OLYMPIC GAMES.
PUBLIC MEETING TG-NIGHT.
A public meeting will be held in the Unity Hall this evening for the purpose of stimulating interest regarding Auckland's contribution to the Olympic Games Fund. Mr. H. Amos, chairman of tho Now Zealand Olympic Association, has made a special trip from Wellington to give an address on New Zealand's representation at the Games. The Mayor, Mr. G. Baildon, will preside and Auckland's chosen representatives, Miss Ena Stockley (swimming) and Mr. L. E. Brooker (rowing) will be present. Donations to t.he fund may bo sent to Room 28, Strand Arcade.
