ITALY'S PRIME MINISTER. LORD ROTHERMERE'S VIEWS. . LONDON, Marcb 27. Lord Rothermere, the well-known newspaper proprietor, contributes an interview with Signor Mussolini to the Daily Mail. The Duee says Fascism is unshakeable, Lord Rothermere endorses this as a plain statement of fact. He cites Mussolini's five years' reorganisation as having resulted in the most efficient Government iu Europe. " Mussolini," he says, " is the greatest figure of the age. He will dominate the twentieth century as Napoleon dominated the nineteenth. He does not. participate in social life. He sleeps eight hours nightly, and has been an abstainer and a nonsmoker for 10 years. He does not seek to win a military, but an economic industrial war."
