SCHEME FOR BETTERMENT. GREEK AND TURKISH AVENUES. <Rpceive& April' 8, 11.45 p.m.) A T and K.Z. - ROME, April 7. The Prime Minister, Signor Mussolini, had a conference with the Turkish Foreign Minister, Tewfik Bey, at Milan, after a conversation in Rome with the Greek Foreign Minister, M. Michalakopoulos. This is regarded as foreshadowing. a tripartite scheme for the betterment of trade and the opening of new business routes.
