The champion heavy-weight boxer, Gene Tunney, in an interview at Miami, Florida, commenting on tho defeat of Jack Sharkey by' Johnny Risko yesterday, said he considered the New Zealand boxer, Tom Heeney, his next " logical opponent." Ho said: "Heeney, in my opinion, is the winner of the tournamont organised to pick a contender for the heavy-weight crown. Heeney has done everything Mr. Tex Rickard asked, having defeated every opponent, including Risko, Dslaney and Sharkey."
