APPLICATION MADE TO COURT* [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] CERISTCHtJBCE. Tuesday. An application for the Radio Broadcasting Company of New Zealand to b« added to the parties under the performing musicians' award was heard in the Arbitration Court to-day before Mr. Justice Frazer.

His Honor said he could not see any advantage in adding the broadcasting artists to the awatd, because of the casual nature of their employment. He reserved his decision.
