TOY PISTOL DANGER.
TOO EASILY CONVERTIBLE. LONDON, Feb. The Home Secretary, Sir W. JoynsonHicks, is taking action in regard to the sale of toy pistols. This is a sequel 'to police tests which showed that it was possible speedily to; enlarge the bullet chamfer and the bore, enabling a live cartridge to be discharged, with startling results.
