AGITATORS ARRESTED.
ALSACE-LORRAINE POLITICS. AUTONOMIST LEADER ESCAPES. A. and N.Z. PARIS, Dec. 31. As a sequel to the recent raids in Alsace-Lorraine, the police have ai rested 12 Autonomist agitators. Dr. Roots, who was formerly a captain in the German Army, and who was the leader of tin) Autonomist Party, escaped.
