EX-KAISER'S BROTHER-IN-LAW A. and N.Z.-Sun. PARIS, Dec. 81. It is reported from Berlin that Alexander Zoubkoff, the young Russian who married the ex-Kaiser's sister, Princess Victoria of Schauniborg Lippe, is so seriously injured as the result of his motor-cycling accident that he will be an invalid for the rest of his lifa.
