COMMUNIST DEPUTIES.
ORDERS FOR ARREST. A. and N.Z.-Sun. LONDON; Dec. 81. The Paris correspondent of the Daily Mail reports that, orders have been issued for the arrest of the members of the Chamber of Deputies, MM. Cachiu, Doriot, Marty and JDuclos. They should have surrendered by December 25 when Parliament rose, but tho police were apparently unwilling to apprehend them. All were openly walking about in Paris.
