MURDER IN ODESSA.
ITALIAN VICE-CONSUL. BANDITS SUSPECTED. A. and N.Z. MOSCOW, Dec. 29. It is reported from Odessa that the Italian Vice-Consul, Signor Ivozzio, who is a bachelor, was fiendishly murdered, supposedly by bandits. Signor Kozzio was of the quietest disposition. He left his home at dusk, and was apparently waylaid in a lonely spot and bludgeoned to death. Every stitch of his clothing was removed, and the thieves pulled out his gold-filled teeth and a gold dental plate.
