REDUCTION REPORTED. TOTAL STILL OVER 1,000,000. (British Official Wireless.) (Received December 30. 7.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z. RUGT?Y, Dec. 29. The Ministry of Labour ana junces that on December 19 the total number of unemployed in Britain was 1,099,900. This was 25,323 less than in the week before, and 49,811 less than a fortnight previously. It was 209,839 less tnan a year before.
