RATIFICATION BY BRITAIN. INCLUSION OF DOMINIONS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received December 1,. 5.46 p.m.) A. and N.Z. RUGB"i. ( Nov. 30. In the House of Commons the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Sir Austen Chamberlain, said that besides Britain only France and Poland had ratified th*J Geneva Opium Convention of 1925. The ratification by Britain covered all parts of the Empire other than Canada and tho Irish Frea State.
